We have a large variety of fitness classes that suit every fitness level and needs. Whether you are looking to strengthen and tone with yoga or looking to burn the days stresses away with our circuit training our fitness classes are aimed to improve your fitness and wellbeing in our welcoming environment.

Whilst the other classes are running they will be changed slightly and will be cancelled if less than 6 people booked in for them, with this in mind it is essential that you book for these. Thank you for your support at this time and we aim to keep running with as few disruptions as possible.

Please note that some classes will be finishing 10/15 minutes early to allow for cleaning. Please contact the club for more information.
